This organic Aghiorgitiko is a soft fruity wine with a soft rose color (Provence). It is characterized by aromas of strawberry, cherry and sweet and sour ripen fruit. Medium-bodied, with elegant consistency and balanced acidity with a mild cool aftertaste.
Best served with: yellow cheese, pasta with red sauces, chicken, deer, and meat generally.

Method of production: Traditional rose, cold extraction for 6 hours, and then white process in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
