This aged organic Aghiorgitiko is a complete and rich wine, with shiny ruby color, medium-bodied with elegant consistency, balanced acidity and ripen round tannins. It is characterized by aromas of cherry and ripen red fruit.
Best served with: red meat, cold cuts, and red sauces.
Served at: 14° - 16° C / 57° - 61° F
Alcohol rate: 13,5%
Method of production: Traditional red, pre-fermented extraction for 3 days and then extracted at 15° - 18° C / 59° - 64° F for 18 days.
