This organic Moschofilero is distinct for the greenish-white color along with gray and rose hues. It is characterized by its rich and intense aromas of blossom and citrus, especially rose and lemon. It is a fresh wine, crisp and balanced, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Best served with: soft white cheeses, pasta with white sauces, white meat, pan-fried food, and seafood.

Method of production: Traditional white, pre-fermented extraction for 6 hours, and then fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
