The local varieties Kidonitsa and Malagouzia are joint in this excellent cool white wine, with an exciting combination of flavors and aromas. Shiny yellow color, with complex aromas of yellow fruit, melon, peach, banana, and citrus. Rich taste, balanced acidity, and a pleasant long-lasting aftertaste.
Best served with: fat cheese, roast fish and roast white meat.

Method of production: Traditional rose, pre-fermented cold extraction for 12 hours, and then fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
