Robust ripen grapes from local red varieties are selected by hand, washed and then dried under the sun for 10 days before winemaking, give us this fantastic semi-sweet wine. The rich color of red fruits, sour cherry, ripen pomegranate and raspberry. Sweet vanilla hints and a pleasant aftertaste.
Best served with: fruit, dessert, dried fruit, chocolate, fruit tarts, mocha cream as well as on its own as an Aperitif.

Method of production: Traditional semi-sweet from sun-dried grapes (Malvasia Wines). It is a traditional local method for hundreds of years.
