The elegant Peloponnesian variety of Aghiorgitiko combined with the famous noble French variety of Merlot created this unique wine with deep red color, intense aromas of red fruits, which become more complex by aging, and hints of vanilla. Rich taste, finely balanced, with medium up to soft tannins and a long-lasting balanced aftertaste.
Best served with: cold cuts, cheese, red meat and quarry

Method of production: Traditional red, pre-fermented extraction for 3 days and then extracted at 22° - 25° C / 72° - 77° F for 18 days.
