A full-bodied deep purple wine with ruby hues, a fruity taste, aromas of red fruits, the dominant one being cherries and vanilla notes. With a velvety flavor, soft tannins and a long aftertaste.

Product of organic farming, made using age old traditional methods. Cultivated in the vineyards of the Liotrivi estate.
It is aged in old oak barrels for 5 years. (Very small production with limited availability)
Served at 17°- 18°.
It can accompany red meat, game and almost all Greek dishes even vegetables with balsamic dressing or pasta with a creamy tomato sauce.
